| Alan is the director
responsible for the delivery of cost consultancy
services and planning supervision in Scotland.
Alan has over 15 years post-qualification
experience during which time he has worked
on a varied portfolio of projects. He has
particular experience in the retail, prison,
health and education sectors acting as cost
consultant to varied high profile clients,
and also has special expertise in refurbishment
works working on many listed buildings throughout
Scotland.
As well as his
cost consultancy expertise, Alan has vast
experience in acting as planning supervisor
and has fulfilled that role on over 200
projects since the inception of the CDM
regulations.
