Andrew has worked
as a cost consultant and project manager for
nearly 30 years. He has experience in both
public and private sectors on projects ranging
in value up to £250 million. Andrew’s
particular expertise is in providing pre-contract
advice to clients where the challenges of
cost, time, quality and working conditions
need to be overcome and value can be added
to the scheme.
Andrew is responsible for all projects handled
by the Manchester office and has executive
responsibility for other offices within the
central region namely Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol
and Norwich.
Andrew has been
fundamental to CWS, M&S, Royal Bank
of Scotland and Prison Service Framework
Agreements.
