As
Chief Executive, Dean drives the company's
strategy for future development and is responsible
for the performance of all business operations,
comprising nearly 500 people.
Earlier
in his career Dean steered the project management
business from a team of 35 in 1995 to 120
people by 2004, managing change and setting
strategy for the future.
His
project focus is to work with key clients
in both the private and public sector and
has extensive experience of the PFI arena
as Project Manager and Technical Advisor.
