Derek is responsible for major retail and office developments, and has extensive experience of industrial, educational, local authority and commercial developments.

Recent experience includes cost consultancy services for leading funding organisations and owner-occupiers for retail and commercial office development, using design and build, management contracting and construction management forms of contract.

Derek is the Honorary Treasurer of the BCSC and also an active member of BCO, Design and Build Foundation and the RICS Procurement panel.
