| Gordon specialises
in project management particularly in the
property development sector and has completed
in excess of 3 million sq ft of property development
schemes for developers, funds and tenants.
His project management experience includes
office, industrial, retail, hotel and student
residences.
Gordon has also
been active in the PFI sector having worked
on the PRIME Project, the largest PFI project
to date in the UK involving the transfer
of 15 m sq ft of Government property to
the private sector. He has also advised
on the PFI procurement of facilities management
services and carried out due diligence for
funders of PFI schemes.
