Ian is based in
our Newcastle office and is a director providing
cost consultancy services for many clients
of Cyril Sweett. He has over 16 years experience
over a broad spectrum of projects for many
blue chip clients. His experience during this
period has spanned many business sectors primarily
residential, education, retail, mixed use,
industrial and home office custodial throughout
the country. Ian is a specialist in cost planning
and procurement of minor and major schemes
using JCT traditional contracting including
two-stage tendering, design and build, direct
negotiation as well as other contracting and
procurement routes.
