Mahesh is joint
managing director of Cyril Sweett cost consulting
division and is the lead Director for our
PFI, LIFT and Procure 21 teams.
He has particular experience in hospitals
and other medical related buildings from inception
to completion involving feasibility studies,
option appraisals, cost planning, preparation
of bills of quantities, post contract cost
control and a wide range of projects including
major NHS redevelopment schemes at Hemel Hempstead
Hospital, Lewisham Hospital, Bart’s
and Royal London PFI, Manchester Hospital
PFI, Newcastle Hospital PFI, North Staffordshire
Hospital PFI, Guy’s and St Thomas' Hospital
and King's College Hospital.
