| Martin has pre-
and post-contract responsibilities for a variety
of projects throughout the UK including all
aspects of quantity surveying from initial
feasibility estimates, preparation of bills
of quantities, specifications, preparation
and agreement of final accounts and negotiating
and agreeing contracts. He also acts as employers
agent in design and build contracts.
Experience includes department
store extensions and refurbishments, new
hotel accommodation, industry and retail
units, and infrastructure works.
Martin is also
involved in offices – new and refurbishment,
local authority and housing association
residential, new public houses, banking
refurbishment, post office sorting office
installation, insurance claims and valuations,
dairies and depots, tax allowances and refurbishment
of listed buildings.
