Mike qualified as
a Chartered Accountant in 1980 and spent 10
years in commercial banking with The First
National Bank of Boston and Lloyds TSB before
joining Cyril Sweett in 1993.
As finance and operations director, Mike is
responsible at board level for finance, investment
strategy, support services (including HR,
IT and Facilities Management) and employee
shares schemes. In addition, he is currently
working with the company's international partners,
Drees & Sommer and DG Jones and Partners
(Middle East) to establish a new international
service network.
