Our culture

 

Since our management buyout in 1998, Cyril Sweett has developed from a London centric quantity surveying practice generating a £11m turnover, to a full service international quantity surveying and project management consultancy generating a turnover of £50m. Given this track record, “growth” and “change” play big roles in our culture. We’re adapatable people who are open and welcoming to our rapidly growing group of colleagues.

However, we may be a fast growing business, but we haven’t lost the human touch. Our culture is warm and engaging, and at the same time we remain dynamic, hard-working and enthusiastic. Our company mission is “to be the natural choice for construction and property consultancy services by being the best at everything we do”. Being the best in the business is very demanding, no matter what business you’re in. But we also play hard and our people develop many strong and lasting friendships with their colleagues.
