| Since early 1995,
Patrick has been responsible for dealing with
Cyril Sweett’s consultancy services
in relation to the Government’s Private
Finance Initiative. Cyril Sweett has become
a recognised leader in PFI with over £5bn
capital value of projects now signed and either
on site or operational in the U.K. In addition,
Patrick has recently led Cyril Sweett successful
PFI appointments on major schemes both in
Ireland and Portugal.
As well as continuing
PFI responsibilities, Patrick became Group
Business development director in 1999. Principal
responsibilities in this area cover group
development strategy and initiatives, regional
and international development, sector strategies,
sales, marketing and client management.
