Terry has over 30
years experience in the management of construction
projects.
With Cruden Developments, Terry was responsible
for the planning, design and construction
of all the group’s commercial and industrial
development throughout the UK and overseas.
As project director for the Carroll Group
he was responsible for all the site appraisals,
liaison and negotiation with the public and
local authorities, planning, design, construction
and management of several major UK developments.
With Rosehaugh, Terry was responsible for
the highly complex and prestigious £400
million Ludgate development in London.
In Hong Kong, Terry was responsible for the
development of two large mixed use office,
retail, residential, developments above two
stations on the Mass Transit Railway.
Terry’s recent projects include the
£40 million St Andrew Square retail
development in Edinburgh, the £50 million
Waverley Gate office development for the Castlemore
Group and the £90 million mixed use
office, retail and residential development
for the Elphinstone Group all of which involve
working with multidisciplinary professional
teams, interfacing with local authorities
and other public sector bodies.
