Our structured training programme is designed to help staff at all levels develop a dynamic career at Cyril Sweett and achieve their ambitions within a constantly evolving and challenging environment.

Every individual has their own Personal Development Plan, which will address areas such as:-

  • dedicated mentoring and coaching
  • on the job training
  • degree course sponsorship
  • IT training
  • mock examination interviews
  • personal and professional development

If you are one of the 30 or 40 graduates that we ask to join each year, you can expect to become an integral part of the team from the start. Interviewing generally commences at the beginning of the year with most candidates choosing a summer start date. However, for those meeting our entry requirements, we are happy to accept applications throughout the year.
