Francis Ives, Chairman Francis has considerable experience in the construction industry. Shortly after joining the company in 1970, he qualified as a quantity surveyor in 1972 and as a Fellow of the RICS, Francis has in the past been a President of the British Council of Shopping Centres and the Vice Chairman of the Joint Contracts Tribunal. Currently he is a board member of the British Council for Offices. Francis also chairs the RICS Contracts Panel and represents the RICS on the JCT. He has chaired the Group for the past 18 years.

Dean Webster, Chief Executive Officer In 1980 Dean joined the Company and is a qualified member of the RICS, a member of the Association of Project Managers and has completed a Henley MBA. Between 1995 and 2004 Dean was responsible for steering the Company's project management business from a team of 35 to 120 people and setting the strategy for the future. Appointed Chief Executive in 2005, Dean now drives the Group's overall strategy and is responsible for the delivery of mergers and acquisitions and performance of business operations.

Derek Pitcher, Executive Director Derek joined Cyril Sweett in 1978, became a Partner at the age of 30 and Managing Director of the Quantity Surveying business in 1996. Derek's main area of responsibility is managing the UK business, supervising the delivery of the business plan. Derek is the Honorary Treasurer of the British Council of Shopping Centres and an active member of BCO, Design and Build Foundation and also the RICS Procurement panel.

Chris Goscomb Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining the board, Chris had worked as the Group Treasurer for nearly 2 years. Before he joined Cyril Sweett, Chris was Finance Director of EMCOR (UK) Limited and previously Group Finance Director of Biwater plc. His construction industry background brings valuable experience to Cyril Sweett in both its UK and international business. Chris has full responsibility for the Group finance function and IT.

Eamonn Kerr Managing Director, International
Eamonn joined Cyril Sweett in 2001 after running his own successful project management business which had a diverse range of clients including Psion Computers and the Benetton Formula One team. After building the Central Regional businesses in the UK, in 2007 Eamonn took on the role of expanding Cyril Sweett’s global operations. Now based out of the Dubai office, he is responsible for all of the group's operations across mainland Europe, The Middle East and India, Asia Pacific and Australia and is driving expansion of the company into China and beyond. Eamonn is a statutory director of Cyril Sweett International (Holdings) Limited.

Michael Henderson, Non-Executive Director Michael enjoys a long standing reputation for his expertise and network in industrial and financial management. He was Managing Director and Chief Executive of Cookson Group PLC (a FTSE 100 company) for 12 years and has also been a Director of Guinness Mahon Holdings PLC and Tioxide Group PLC. He was also Chairman of Henderson Crossthwaite Ltd. At present he is also Vice Chairman of the advisory Board of Quexco Inc., the largest lead producer in the world. Michael was appointed Non-Executive Director in 1998.

Roger Mabey, Non-Executive Director Roger has a wealth of knowledge of operating in international and UK constructionmarkets. He has 40 years’ experience in the construction and property industry, previously as Managing Director at Bovis International Ltd and as Director at Bovis Lendlease Ltd. He is currently Vice Chairman for Housing Solutions Ltd, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Roger was appointed Non-Executive Director in 2003.

Paul Nicholas Woollacott, Non-Executive Director Nicholas is an experienced director of both listed and unlisted companies. As a Group Managing Director of Lattice plc he was previously a FTSE 100 main board director and as the former Senior Independent Director and acting Chairman of Enterprise plc, and now a Director of Goldshield plc, he also has extensive experience of working with AIM and smaller companies. Following a degree in Physics, Nicholas’s career has ranged from oil trading with Shell through leading the first comprehensive assessment of renewable energy in Britain to developing, financing and running major power and gas infrastructure projects both in the UK and overseas. Nicholas was appointed Non-Executive Director in 2007.
