Cyril Sweett has been operating in France for over 35 years, providing a full range of construction and property consultancy services across France, Benelux countries, and North Africa.
From our Paris office we supply construction consultancy services including cost consultancy and project management, along with a range of specialist services including sustainability, risk and value, legal, whole life costing, supply change management, capital allowances and due diligence.
Our portfolio of commissions in France comprises projects across the commercial, retail, hotels and leisure, transport and public sectors including projects for clients including:- ADP, AIG, GAP, JP Morgan Chase and Strategic Hotels & Resorts Inc.
We have a strategic alliance with a European project management company which enables us to extend our offer in Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Russia, Austria, and Bulgaria.
