Francis Ives
Executive Chairman
Francis has considerable experience in the construction industry. Shortly after joining the Company in
1970, he qualified as a quantity surveyor and project manager, and is a Fellow of the RICS. Francis has in the
past been a President of the British Council of Shopping Centres and the Vice Chairman of the Joint Contracts
Tribunal. Currently he is a board member of the British Council for Offices. Francis sits on the Governing
Council of the RICS, chairs the RICS Contracts Panel and represents the RICS on the JCT. He has chaired the Group for the past 16 years. |

Dean Webster
Chief Executive Officer
Dean joined the Company from Taylor Woodrow Construction in 1980 and qualified as a member of the RICS in 1986 before becoming a member of the Association of Project Managers. Between 1995 and 2004 Dean was responsible for leading the Company’s project management business during which time the team grew from 35 to 120 people. He was appointed Chief Executive in 2005 and is now responsible for the Group’s overall strategy, the delivery of mergers and acquisitions and the performance of business operations. |

Mike Kemsley
Chief Financial Officer
Mike qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1980 and spent 10 years in commercial banking with The First National Bank of Boston and Lloyds TSB before joining Cyril Sweett in 1993. As Chief Financial Officer, Mike is responsible at board level for investment strategy, support services (including HR, IT and facilities management) and employee share schemes. |

Derek Pitcher
Executive Director
Derek joined Cyril Sweett in 1978, became a partner at the age of 30 and managing director of the quantity surveying business in 1996. Derek’s main area of responsibility is London and the South East where he is responsible for supervising the delivery of the business plan for the region and the performance of the sectors and balanced scorecard functions. As well as the national operations delivery process and best practice programme, Derek oversees the Group’s corporate social responsibility, environmental and health & safety policies. Derek is the Honorary Treasurer of the British Council of Shopping Centres (“BCSC”). |

Roger Mabey
Non-Executive Director
Roger has a great deal of experience in operating in international and the UK construction markets. He has 40 years’ experience in the construction and property industry, previously as the managing director at Bovis International Ltd and as a director at Bovis Lend Lease Ltd. He is currently vice chairman for Housing Solutions Ltd, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. He was appointed Non-Executive Director of Cyril Sweett in 2003.

Michael Henderson
Non-Executive Director
Michael enjoys a long standing reputation for his expertise and network in industrial and financial management. He was managing director and chief executive of Cookson Group PLC (a FTSE 100 company) for 12 years and has also been a director of Guinness Mahon Holdings PLC and Tioxide Group PLC. He was also chairman of Henderson Crossthwaite Ltd. At present he is Vice Chairman of the Advisory Board of Quexco Inc., the largest lead producer in the world. Michael was appointed Non-Executive Director in 1998.

Nick Wollacott
Non-Executive Director
Nick, is an experienced director of both listed and unlisted companies and during his career has developed, acquired and disposed of assets totalling billions of dollars as well as running an operational workforce of over 15000 people. He has been on the board of companies in the UK, USA, continental Europe, Africa and South America and has developed businesses in the Middle and Far East as well as living and working in Australia. As a Group Managing Director of Lattice plc he was previously a FTSE 100 main board director and as the former Senior Independent Director and acting Chairman of Enterprise plc, and now a Director of Goldshield plc, he also has extensive experience of working with AIM and smaller companies.
