Strategy

The Group’s strategy is to pursue organic growth which is enhanced by strategic acquisitions of smaller businesses.  In addition the Group’s strategy is also focused on improving the quality of service provided and a commitment to developing our people. These goals will be achieved through:

Share ownership ethos– We intend to continue promoting a culture of employee share ownership in the Group enabling employees to share in its long term success. We expect that this will continue to result in a high level of commitment from the staff aiding recruitment and retention.

People development– We aim to continue to recruit high quality people, and to continue to invest in their professional development. This is expected to help the Group build teams of motivated, highly skilled staff and is also expected to minimise staff turnover.

Quality delivery– We plan to invest time and resources in developing the Group’s business processes which is expected to aid the Group by assisting our staff in providing a leading service to its clients.

In pursuing this strategy, we believe that the Group will be in a strong position to be an employer of choice and that the Group will further improve its reputation as a quality service provider throughout the markets in which it operates.
