Gary joined Cyril Sweett at the beginning of 2010 as Group Marketing Director. Gary has 20 years experience in the areas of sales, engineering and management and has held senior marketing and business development roles in sectors such as central government, rail, defence, facilities management, retail, health and utilities. Gary has developed significant business for companies including Morrison, Marconi and the Macquarie business, Airwave. Gary is responsible for overseeing business development and sales strategies, managing the existing client base and pursuing opportunities in new markets throughout the world. Gary is a statutory director of Cyril Sweett Limited. Gary is a Chartered Civil Engineer and holds an MBA from Warwick Business School.

International Development Director

Jimmi first worked for the business between 1985 and 1995. He has considerable experience of the international construction markets having lived and worked in South East Asia and North America for approximately seven years between 1995 and 2001. Since rejoining the Company in 2001, he has been responsible for Cyril Sweett’s international development. A Fellow of the RICS, he is also a member of the London board of the RICS and a member of both the World Games Commission and the European Committee of the British Expertise Group. Jimmi is a statutory director of Cyril Sweett International (Holdings) Limited.

Eddie Jorden
Business Development, South West

Eddie joined the company in June 2005. Eddie has 18 years of M&E design experience which was gained through working for the public and private sector in the UK and the Middle East. Eddie is also well versed in sustainable and green engineering techniques for a range of project types and is able to assist in preparing lifecycle cost benefit analysis. Eddie focuses on business development in the South West.

John joined the company in April 1998 from Framlinton Plc shortly after the Management buyout to run IT services. In February 2005 he was promoted to Director and has since successfully led and developed infrastructure and IT support services globally. John's team is based in UK, middle east and Australia;.A Chartered IT professional, he has a wide knowledge of both the IT industry and a sound understanding of the construction market, he has been involved with a wide range of IT projects internally and externally ranging from bespoke software development, communications, Infrastructure and Enterprise resource Processing (ERP).

Francesca Wilson
Company Secretary

Having worked in the company's secretariat team since 2005, Francesca was appointed Company Secretary for Cyril Sweett Group plc and its UK subsidiaries in June 2009. Francesca supports the Board of Directors and is responsible for statutory compliance and corporate governance issues. She is a point of contact for shareholder enquiries and ensures the smooth running of the registrar function, as well as the Company's employee share schemes. Francesca is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS).

HR Business Partner - UK

Sinead Brady is HR Business Partner for the UK & Ireland.  She joined Cyril Sweett in 2007, with 10 years experience in Human Resources primarily gained within financial services she brings expertise in Resourcing, Competitor Analysis, Headcount Planning, Compensation, Branding, Employee Relations & Change Management.

Erik Van Dyke
HR Business Partner - International

Erik was a member of the international tax and human resource consulting services groups at Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers for 13 years before moving into human resources as a Business Partner with Fitch Ratings in 2005. Having joined as HR Business Partner - International with Cyril Sweet in 2008, Erik works directly with the HR Director to further the HR strategy for each region and manages the implementation of key HR initiatives, alongside the Regional Directors and local HR support. Focus areas are on employment law, personnel management, recruitment and compensation strategies.
