This alliance
will enable both companies to operate out
of 37 offices in 14 European countries.
The strategy is to establish a cohesive
European network
from which to offer first class services,
principally focussed on the corporate end
user market and the PPP, retail and transportation
sectors.
Like Cyril Sweett, Drees & Sommer has
expanded their respective businesses in
recent years through mergers, acquisitions
and establishment of joint ventures worldwide.
Commenting on the association, Francis Ives,
says, “This association is in
line with our long term strategy to build
the international business through strong
and complementary partnerships. This latest
move reflects and takes forward the strategy
commenced in 2001 with the formation in
Spain of NC Sweett, the merger with DG Jones
in the Middle East and Asia Pacific in 2003
and the formation earlier this year of Boyd
Creed Sweett in Ireland. We are confident
that the combined group will be highly successful,
allowing us to offer new levels of
service to our international clients.”
