  New BBC framework appointment for Cyril Sweett  
   
   

Leading construction consultant Cyril Sweett has been appointed by the BBC as one of two cost consultants for a wide range of small to medium sized construction projects across the entire BBC UK property estate. The contract was awarded under the Official Journal of European Communities as laid out in the Framework Agreement for Professional Services. In all, eight companies have been awarded framework agreements.

With the appointment to the Quantity Surveying/Cost Management Services framework, Cyril Sweett continues their successful relationship with OJEC, delivering many project types on major UK frameworks1.

Cyril Sweett will work closely and integrate with BBC Property and its FM Service providers and Construction Delivery contractors to deliver innovative and value for money services with improved speed of delivery and improved value through its regional network.

The team will be headed by Andy Moore based in London with regional operational team leaders in every region. The work is planned to start immediately and will be delivered over the course of four years.
