Cyril
Sweett the international construction and
property consultant has been awarded a Star
Status rating in the Best Companies Accreditation
Scheme. Cyril Sweett was one of only 273
organisations that received the significant
accolade this year.
Upon receiving the award, Cyril Sweett Chairman
Francis Ives said: “We are delighted
to have received an award of this nature
and standing. This accreditation provides
a great incentive for us to maintain and
improve our people management processes
still further throughout the organisation.
We will use the accreditation feedback to
help shape our human resource strategies
and policies and create an organisation
that our people are even more proud of and
in this way help us retain and attract staff.”
This year, 434 organisations registered
to go for ‘Star Status’, and
since September over 100,000 employees have
been surveyed.
