The survey which was carried out anonymously asked a sample of our staff to rate our company and their jobs in regard to social responsibility, fun, enjoyment, leadership, inspiration and ability to contribute.

The ‘Good Employers Guide’ was published for the first time this year to showcase the very best employers in the UK construction sector. The survey results were collated by an independent consultant who subsequently shortlisted the top 50.
