2007
	QS Awards - shortlisted in best all round QS firm category
	Quoted Company Awards - shortlisted 'UK IPO of the Year'
	ICSC European Shopping Centre awards – Manchester Arndale won Restore Category for Regeneration and Public Private Partnership
	ICSC European Shopping Centre awards - Chapelfield in Norwich gained a commendation in the Large Centre Category
	Building awards – Shortlisted in Construction Consultant of the year
	Building awards - Queen’s Hospital, Romford won PFI/PPP project of the year category
	The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) - Occupational Health & Safety Gold award
	British Safety Council - International Safety award
	Best Companies Star Accreditation

2006
	The Prime Minister’s award - Veterinary Laboratories Agency Stewart Stockman Building was a finalist in the better public building category. Cyril Sweett provided project management, planning supervision, move management and risk management.
	Association of Project Management - London Underground were awarded project of the year for their project management in adding of a 7th car to 61 Jubilee Line trains. Cyril Sweett undertook risk management, simulation exercises, stakeholder consultation and contingency planning work for the project
	MP&I Estates Commercial Property Team - John Williams from Cyril Sweett won Supplier of the Year sponsored by Network Rail
	Property Week awards - The Dartford Judo Centre won best public sector-funded leisure development in the retail and leisure property category. Cyril Sweett provided cost consultancy on the project
	Public Private Finance awards - Best Technical Advisor
	Building awards - Highly commended in construction consultant/surveyor of the year
	Building awards - Runners up for project/construction manager of the year

	Concrete Society awards - Commendation building category
	Low-Energy Building of the Year - Cyril Sweett provided cost consulting services for Chartered Institute of Personal Development’s award winning headquarters
	Suffolk Civic Trust awards - Commendation for cost consulting services for the reconstruction of Southwold Pier, North Parade in Suffolk

	Building awards - Finalist for project manager of the year
	Public Private Finance awards - Best technical advisor

	Building awards 2003 - Nomination for surveying practice of the year
	Leisure Property awards – Splash Landings at Alton Towers won best hotel. Cyril Sweett provided an end-to-end service that included design briefing, performance specification, cost and procurement advice and project management
