X-Leisure, the leisure investment arm of Capital & Regional is actively engaged in a programme of acquisition and development throughout the UK.

Cyril Sweett has been appointed by
X-Leisure to manage the delivery of the new X-Scape Braehead, a major new mixed use leisure and retail destination on the banks of the River Clyde.

This exciting development comprises an indoor ski slope with 'real' snow, 10 screen cinema, bowling alley and climbing wall. To complement the leisure attractions the destination will also include restaurants and bars as well as a number of retail outlets.
