It is exciting to be involved at the inception of a new brand within the market and the prototype of the Conran design 'myhotel' chain was no exception.

The project required the refurbishment of an existing building to provide 76 rooms to a 4 star boutique standard.

Cyril Sweett has provided a full capital projects service and also wrote the performance brief and undertook the procurement of the furniture fitting and equipment for the hotel.
