We draw on statistical data collected from previous projects and current market cost information, to produce a cost plan that identifies where and how monies have been allocated. This provides the essential framework within which design and cost changes can be considered and balanced between differing elements and priorities.

Cost control
Cyril Sweett sees cost control as an ongoing process throughout the duration of the project. We carry out value engineering workshops to look at alternative design or material solutions and advise on matters affecting cost throughout every stage of the project. Costs are controlled through formal monthly cost review meetings so future concerns can be highlighted.
